We love what we do. We aren't a typical marketing agency resting on our laurels, re-living that one big campaign and forcing cookie-cutter approaches to every subsequent project. We believe the answer to effective marketing doesn't live in a secret formula, but rather is forged from the sweat-equity that comes only by embarking on an epic journey with you, our clients.
Everyday we walk a mile in your shoes, and two miles in your customers' shoes. We'll show you a new way of thinking about marketing, where vision and strategy are the underpinnings in which we all...

-
The consumer isn't your friend, they're your first love.
- Respect our customers. We exist because they do.
- Reach out as an impartial observer.
- Resonate with tangible, meaningful value.
- Respond swiftly, honestly, and with integrity.

At RH+M3 we do not try to be all things to all people. Rather we believe we serve you best when we focus on what we are already intensely passionate about. We believe this is critical not only to you, but to our own well-being as a company.
Clients will see our focus on their business, zeroing in on their target audience and serving as tireless advocates for those consumers. We are focused on channeling our passions for the technology space, where it intersects with the gaming, entertainment, healthcare, finance and retail sectors. No matter the project, strategic forethought is part of our secret sauce. We always bring proactive, forward thinking and strategic value to the equation. We are dreamers, philosophers, and warrior-poets as much as we are engineers and technicians.

Melissa Benelisha, VP of Client Relations, has spent the last 12 years in marketing, project management, and industrial design. She began her career doing technical project management but soon realized that she wanted to tap into her creative side as well. From there, Melissa spent a few years in project management for a boutique databse & email agency. . . eventually moving fully into the world of design.
As an account director, she nurtured and furthered business relationships with some of the largest retailers and product-development companies in the world. Although a honed marketing project manager, you'll find that Melissa's passion shines through in building and maintaining a warm and professional working relationship with you.

- Olivia Kelly

-
Olivia Kelly, SEM Strategist and Project Manager, helps our clients meet their marketing goals on time and in budget. Whether chatting with like-minded folks on Twitter, or analyzing web metrics, Olivia enjoys everything the fast-paced, ever-changing world of online marketing has to offer. With a BA in English Lit from sunny Sonoma State and an MA in Technical Communication from Portland State, she dives quickly and deeply into delivering all your online media needs. Always wired and plugged in, she is the RH+M3 lead for social media and other online components of our clients' marketing programs. Key skills include a curious, questioning mind; and the ability to orchestrate and wrangle disparate multi-vendor teams to a successful project conclusion.
When she's not working diligently in her home office, she's watching A's baseball with friends or riding her bicycle around the neighborhood streets of Portland searching for the perfect Americano. Olivia is also passionate about indie rock music and puppies - but she's not that into cats (yet).
- Lilli "Lee" Babbits

-
Lilli Babits, Senior Project Manager, has 20 years of combined experience editing, writing, and managing technical documentation and marketing research projects. As a project manager, she is the liaison between our clients and the RH+M3 teams, leads audience analysis and data-gathering meetings, directs document reviews and related meetings, oversees document design and printing, and defines project schedules. An expert in documentation methodologies, key skills include the ability to quickly assimilate style guidelines, filter and prioritize source material, interview subject-matter experts, and work under stringent deadlines.
Lilli is the go-to person when fires break out; she is calm and logical on stormy days; she is the voice for the RH+M3 team; she is reliable and trusted; she prefers the phrase, "I'll get back to you," in lieu of pulling the wrong rabbit out of her hat; she resolves problems with intelligence, common sense, and input from both the clients and the teams. A highly effective communicator and editor, Lilli was a contributing author for Science and Technical Writing: A Manual of Style, published in 1992.
- Janel Thomas

-
Janel Thomas, Duchess of Operations, has over 10 years of combined office management, accounting, human resources, and business management experience. Janel is responsible for managing all RH+M3 accounts payable and accounts receivable, payroll, benefits administration, licensing and insurance, taxes, and state and local compliance, as well as making sure projects remain on budget.
You'll find Janel professional, edgy, and with a burning ambition to one day become the CFO for RH+M3. To that end, Janel will complete her bachelor's degree in 2012 and, afterward, will attend graduate school to gain her MBA with a specialization in finance. Ever ambitious, and with her insane thirst for knowledge, we have no doubts about her completing that, as well as getting her law degree (did we mention that Janel is supremely focused and driven?)
When not pouring over spreadsheets, policies, and procedures, Janel spends her free time with her family and continues her volunteer work with C.E.R.T. She also performs with an adult cheerleading team. Other than becoming our CFO, Janel's 10-year plan includes seeing her children off to college -and maybe a law degree.
